Previously a successful freelance Business Systems Analyst, Andy, has set up and managed successful businesses within the technology, contact management and recruitment space. An entrepreneur and technologist at heart and by training, Andy, is hugely committed to the business benefits that tPoint Solutions can bring to market.

Bryn Norton - Sales Director

Bryn has several years experience selling technology solutions in to small, medium and large enterprises. During his career his success has earned him accolades and awards, most recently winning "Sales Professional of the Year - IT Services & Communications" at the annual National Sales Awards.

Kelvin Ball - Product Director

Kelvin has over 14 years experience of providing CRM and front office solutions and joined tPoint from the position of Managing Consultant for a well-regarded global consulting group. Kelvin is the cornerstone to our product development and delivery capabilities. He has delivered solutions within many industries including clients such as British Telecom, GE, Nuon, ICI and Zurich.

Richard Sutherland - Technical Director

Richard has over 12 years experience within the technology space and is a Technical Architect and Systems Developer of rare talent. Richard was recruited from a boutique CRM consultancy where he was the technical “guru” and provided both architecture and development consultancy.

A passionate advocate for the opportunities within the “on-demand” model he has significant experience with database, application and web layers using tools such as .net and Java J2EE. Richard has delivered some technically brilliant solutions to companies such as; ICI, BT, Pitney Bowes and ABN Amro.

James Nicholson-Smith - Finance Director

James is a graduate in Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 with first time passes. He has held a number of board level positions across various sectors covering both finance and wider commercially focused operational management. James has also been involved in acquisition, business turn-arounds and significant fund-raising. His previous positions include CEO of Trixter PLC as well as Financial Controller, Finance Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director for subsidiary companies within the Terex Corporation.

James brings a creative, enthusiastic and disciplined approach to financial management with an astute insight to the wider commercial realities of running a growth business.

Steve Colsell - Non-Executive Director

Steve is a well respected senior Financial and Strategy Director within the Financial Services industry. Steve adds significant strategic and financial input and also a proven track record of operating at Board level within multi-national organisations. Previous roles include CFO Zurich Financial Services – UKISA. His talents allow tPoint to take a “big picture” strategic approach to our business within the framework of sound economics.
